We’re proud to have partnered with Vicinity Centres to help visualise the transformation of Chatswood Chase — a $625 million redevelopment set to redefine luxury retail on Sydney’s North Shore.
A Vision for Luxury
The redevelopment will roll out in two phases. The first, opening in October 2025, will unveil refreshed fashion and lifestyle offerings across the ground, second, and third levels — just in time for the holiday season. The second phase, launching in April 2026, will introduce a new luxury precinct on Level 1, featuring 12 flagship brands from the LVMH portfolio, including Louis Vuitton, Dior, Bvlgari, Celine, Loewe and more.
Our Role: Visualising the Future
Graphical Thread was commissioned to produce the 3D concept imagery for key areas of the redevelopment. Our work included:
- Exterior visualisations of the Victoria Avenue facade, showcasing architectural upgrades and lighting design.
- Interior renders of the fresh food precinct, highlighting the new layout and customer experience.
- Luxury precinct concepts that helped communicate the design intent to stakeholders and future tenants.

More About the Redevelopment
The upgraded centre will feature:
