Commencement of Services & Design Flexibility
To ensure the most efficient workflow and the best possible outcome, our 3D visualisation services will commence once we have received sign-off on the sketch plans and a base SketchUp model has been provided.
However, we completely understand that the design process is naturally fluid. Please do not feel that everything must be rigidly locked in from day one—we are flexible and always happy to accommodate minor changes and refinements as the design evolves to ensure we capture your exact vision.
Your Complete Menu of Services
Core Services
- High-End 3D Still Visualisation: $1,800 per image
Includes: The high-end, polished hero shot of the space.
Animation Add-On (Available only with commissioned stills and from the same viewpoint)
- Cinematic AI Animation: $800 per image
Note: Available with or without people.
Example Cinematic Animation:
Interactive Add-Ons (Available only with commissioned stills)
- Add-On 360° Panorama Render: $1,000 per viewpoint
Includes: Completing the modelling and detailing for the remaining 180 degrees of the room (behind the camera of the still image), plus the extended spherical rendering time.
Standalone Interactive Services
- Standalone 360° Panorama Render: $2,000 per viewpoint
Includes: Full 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering of the entire 360-degree environment. - Interactive VR Tour Platform Setup: $2,000 Flat Fee
Includes: 3DVista assembly, UI/UX design, branding, and navigation setup, integrating the 360 nodes and any standard stills. (Required for all 360° tours).
