To ensure an efficient workflow and the highest quality outcome, 3D visualisation services begin once sketch plans and concepts are signed off and a base SketchUp model is provided. This base model is essential for us to provide an accurate fee proposal.
Our workflow is built to accommodate the natural evolution of a project, allowing for the flexibility and minor refinements needed to ensure the final output aligns perfectly with your vision.
Your Complete Menu of Services
Core Services
- High-End 3D Still Visualisation: $1,800 (+gst) per image
Includes: The high-end, polished hero shot of the space.
Animation Add-On (Available only with commissioned stills and from the same viewpoint)
- Cinematic AI Animation: $800 per image
Note: Available with or without people.

Interactive Add-Ons (Available only with commissioned stills)
- Add-On 360° Panorama Render: $1,000 (+gst) per viewpoint
Includes: Completing the modelling and detailing for the remaining 180 degrees of the room (behind the camera of the still image), plus the extended spherical rendering time.
Standalone Interactive Services
- Standalone 360° Panorama Render: $2,000 (+gst) per viewpoint
Includes: Full 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering of the entire 360-degree environment. - Interactive VR Tour Platform Setup: $2,000 (+gst) Flat Fee
Includes: 3DVista assembly, UI/UX design, branding, and navigation setup, integrating the 360 nodes and any standard stills. (Required for all 360° tours).
